Probably just a couple acres but I'm sure I can get more. They would probably keep in a cooler. If you don't control the humidity and temp, I'm sure it'll drastically reduce germination

Never thought about planting peanuts for deer. My uncle is planting right now in Charlotte. Might have to see if he has any left over when he is done.

Be careful on planting them if not harvesting as they can produce a fungus called aflatoxin in your soil. Most people who plant them, dig them as well...
