If boudin balls make an appearance this year it will be a last minute addition and likely a much more limited quality than a couple years ago. I'll let you know a couple days prior so we can set up getting some tails and boil juice (to spread that crawfish taste throughout the entire ball).

I could name probably 10 guys on Team Boudin Roadshow that are in the same boat as you Mark. Got married, had kids, life got in the way. You, Lilley, Breezy, Berger, Patek, and others I'm sure..

Bruce might chime in, but it seems around 2012-13 that Team Boudin Roadshow derailed a little, then morphed into Team Gator. I sure hope it wasn't caused by lack of a team pig.

Bayouboy has brought his original boudin back a couple of times since then, but not sure if he has plans this year. Lemmeout might have some boudin balls in the work.

Some good looking girls you have, hope all is well in your world.

Working the weekend of Nanza and in the process of building a new home.
Back bigger and better than ever next year. Planning on some new additions to the boudin menu and crew. Going to work on getting my oldest son that has the Cajun meat market in La. to bring his family up and help prepare. That way old farts like Pazthru and I can entertain the crowd while the youngsters do their thing. I have complete confidence in him and his brother to get er done.

Before I realized this was in the Bownanza section, I thought you were looking for my family members.

Wish I could have made it to one of these in the past. Looks like I might be moving back to VA soon, so I may not ever get around to attending one.

All the best,
Glenn

The date of Bownanza has not worked out for me a number of times. Between turnarounds and shutdowns at the refinery where I work it seems there is always something going on. Not sure what the date will be this upcoming year. But, more than likely we will be in local union negotiations come March. Hopefully we can knock those out early.
