I ate iguana in Roatan Honduras after I was told it's something the locals eat. It was actually really good! The egg they served with it though was another experience. Imagine trying to eat a super ball (the hard bouncy balls). Nope nope nope.

How were the leftovers for breakfast? Cold or heated back up?

I've eaten it before. Not too bad. They called it Bamboo Chicken.

                        Reminds me of
                        Michael J. "Crocodile" Dundee: ...

Well, you can live on it, but it taste like “poo”.

You beat me to it...I visited Belize, CA once, and that's what the locals called them. I didn't get a chance to eat any as I was on a "corporate retreat", and they fed us lobster, shrimp, and fresh fish - truly good eats.

                            Regards,

                            Dave

He's a great guy, we have a lot of fun. I'm going to miss having him around to harass on my next job.

They don't call chicken "the iguana of the coop" for nothing.
