    Suppressors are not required to have a form 5320.20 filed with the NFA.... just check state laws in the destination you are going too.

    That being said a form 5320.20 is required for all SBR’s (Short Barrel Rifles)
    SBS’s (Short Barrel Shotguns), MachineGuns, Destructive Devices, and AOW’s.

      I fly several times a year with a firearm. Most of the time they don't even want the box opened. I put a TSA lock on my bag and a Non-TSA lock on my case. I carry my ammo in the factory box in the bag where my hardcase is. I am curious about the reload box question as it would definitely hold up better than the factory ammo box. My hardcase has my gun, flashlight speedstrips and a knife in it. I have never had an issue.
