I've tried it twice, the last time with pork steak. I think we like the red meat version better, but still good. Now I make sure to have the cans of soup in the pantry. (I've been using the French onion soup in other recipes for years).

Thanks for expanding my culinary horizons.

Tried this tonight with Part of a hind quarter and put it over wild brown minute rice and it was great. Kinda tastes light roast but not as dry.

Tried this yesterday with beef stew meat and added some shredded carrots. It was great. I think I'll try it again and add a can of cream of mushroom soup and possibly some jalapenos for a little kick. Thanks!

I've cooked this 3 times and it is great with basmati rice. Kids loved it too.

Im going to try that one. It looks good. I figured I would put another recipe in here since it fits the title of "super easy".

                                beef pot roast
                                1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small/medium jar of green olives
                                1 chopped jalapeno (optional)

Empty all of it in the crockpot, turn on low. youll know when it's done because you won't be able to keep your hands off it.

The last time I made it, it turned out a little salty. Maybe next time I will rinse the green olives with water. The juice from the jar last time probably caused the saltiness.
