    I went light and higher reps today. Low back and hip still bothering me, but I pushed through.

    Chest and legs after warmup, 5x10-12

    Incline bench press/leg extension
    Incline to flat dumb bell press and back up/front squat
    Incline to flat dumb bell fly
    Dumb bell fly strip set to finish

    I needed more leg work, but the old hip wasn't having nothing of it.

          Rowing, Chest superset with biceps and calves. Finished with some stretching. Off to play golf now.

            ****. The camera has 50 lbs. Good to see you fellers. Muskles and bride hung tough throughout the looong party on friday and saturday night. Good times.

              Back at it today. Did my day 1 work out, chest and Tris, with done flutter kicks and burpees mixed in. Burpees = Devil's creation

                A good day today, but still didn't get all done that I wanted to. I guess I'm going to need to get there earlier. Back and triceps supersets 4X10 stripping down the fourth set.

                Bent over barbell rows/weighted dips
                Weighted neutral grip pullups/skull crushers
                Plank rows/alternating pronated and supinated grip pushdowns

                Threw in some hanging leg raises between sets as well.

                Tomorrow is legs and shoulders.

                    Hang cleans, Hammer Strength Incline, Hammer Strength Decline, Cable Flyes, Romanian Dead lifts and abs.

                      Yesterday afternoon/evening/night got too busy, so I pushed everything back a day.
                      Spiderman push-ups to failure SS 10 plate stance squeezes. 3 sets.
                      Pull-ups to failure SS 12 incline DB curls. 3 sets.
                      20 tubing tricep push aways SS 20 DB shoulder L raises. 3 sets.
                      I'm short handed at work already and now we've got a guy out with the flu. Hopefully my overtime won't affect my workout schedule much.

                        Ran to the gym, 1 mile @ 10:26. Then back and biceps.

                          Monday’s workout was deadlifts/back. 4 sets of 8 on everything

                          Ss deadlifts/pull-ups
                          Ss stiff leg deadlifts/close grip pull-ups
                          Giant set reverse hypers/cable rows/cable lat pull down

                            Today was shoulders. 4 sets of 8 on everything.

                            Ss bb overhead press/ side lateral raises
                            Ss db seated over head press/ front raises
                            Ss side or front raises/ machine shoulder press

                            Worked in some triceps in the end as well.

                                Shoulders toast

                                This plus:

                                Single Ar DB side raises 12x12x12
                                DB shrugs 20x15x12x10
                                DB Shoulder Press 15x15x12x10x10
                                Smith rows 15x12x10x10
                                Arnold press 20x15x12x12
                                Standing military press 20x15x15x10




                                Cardio was 2 miles in 15:55
