Not sure on what it was 20 years ago but I have a 2006 model just like it that I paid $4895.

I love wearing an Explorer, its going to sound corny but everyday I see it I remember to never stop exploring. It honestly is an awesome reminder, worth every penny. The GMT hand comes in handy when we are traveling in different time zones too.

Looks great. I had a kinetic Seiko I wore everyday for 10 years. The only reason I prefer a rolex over it is the crystal. The Seiko is scratched to hell and back and with a sapphire crystal on a rolex I've never put a nick on them.

No kidding! The research farm I worked at had a planter and tractor set up worth 750,000. I could take a picture of a Walmart timex in there and win the dollar number amount pretty easily!

Probably about 2 mill worth of equipment in this picture. Unfortunately no watch. Just would have been my beat up g shock anyway! The tracked tractor and planter on the left is the high dollar rig.

Couple thousand g's worth of shock there! Someday maybe I'll get in touch for a nice watch I've got a source for citizen (my current price point) and seiko, but some of those rolex just call my name. And the Tudor heritage black bay bronze. Perhaps one of my favorite watches.

The Tudor Bronzo is for sure going to be a staple for collectors.. did you know the color changes as you wear the watch? Color depends on body chemistry..

Kinda cool !!

A little vintage action here. Now let’s be clear these watches sold for between $175.00 and $475.00 way back when.

Tool watches “Rolex” from back in the day..

Ok so can you tell time with it?

Pretty much on the 5 minutes...I wouldn't recommend using it for last the last shot of an evening hunt, or timing your wife's contractions
