This month's contest theme is Light. Nothing makes a photograph better than an excellent use of light. The contrast of light and dark, the temperature or color hue of the light (warm, cold, etc.), the direction of the light.... The ways to capture light in a photograph are limited only by your imagination.

Photos must have been taken during this month's contest period (June 2014). Deadline to post your entry is midnight June 30th.

Great shots all around, y'all! This is a tough choice. I like all of them.

The one that I keep going back to the most is TxMedic's concert image. Great exposure on the light show. Great colors. Really captured the mood of a concert by getting the light right. And the contrast between the colorful light and the darker scene really sets it off and showcases the light.

TxMedic, you're the winner this month. Congrats!
