    Shake-n-bake deer steak!

This was a hit the other night, though I'd pass it on to you guys and gals. It's very simple and quite tasty too!

    Ingredients:

1 Pkg of Deer Round Steaks
1/2 cup of beer (whatever you have or prefer)
    garlic salt
your favorite Steak seasoning or rub
    diced jalapenos (dried or fresh)
    black pepper
1 box of Shake-n-bake (pork flavor works well)
    1 one gallon zip-loc bag.

Open zip-loc and mix 2 tbsp of garlic salt, 2 tbsp steak seasoning (I used Montreal) and 1 tsp diced jalapenos in bag. Add a touch of black pepper. Next add steaks into zip-loc bag (I liked to cut them into halves) and pour 1/2 cup of beer in last. Seal bag and mix every thing together, the beer should be absorbed into the meat and the seasonings should be as evenly spread as possible. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove steaks from bag and prepare shake-n-bake following the box's directions. Pre-heat oven to 425F and bake for 30 minutes. Easily fed two people with leftovers and goes great with mashed potatoes (or baked) and favorite veggies or salad!

I never thought of that, I already finished one deer but at least part the next one is getting done like this. Great idea!
