I think so. I've sewed up a coyote pelt with a hole in it the size of a basketball and sold it for top dollar. And I'm not a professional....anything, so I'd imagine a taxidermist could fix it.

Yes it can be fixed but would definitely put that side to the wall. If it was a customer of mine I would try to talk them into a shoulder mount on a nice pedestal.
