Default Aftermarket Leather for trucks

Anyone had aftermarket leather installed in there vehicle? I am thinking about a new truck and years ago a friend of mine had aftermarket leather installed in his Z71 and the leather shop actually embroidered the Z71 logo in the back of each seat. Looked bad A**. Just curios if anyone knows of a reputable place to have aftermarket leather installed .

I ordered Katskinz and had it installed at Westside upholstery in Houston. Love it

Classic soft trim does a great job. Had the 1794 leather put in my tundra with heat and cooled seats. Leather is black and not that puke burnt orange crap that Toyota puts in.

My buddy Scott Balke does great work at Autofacelifts in South Houston. He does leather kits for several local dealerships. Reasonably priced too. Tell him Jayson sent you.

I've done a few Katzkin... They are very nice and generally much higher quality than factory.

I had Katzkins installed in my GMC 2500 and added heat and cooling at the same time. They were just standard cloth before. Loved them.

Place in Dallas did it. American Sunroof I think it is called.

Wow those Katzkins do look really nice. Thank you. I wonder if I could get the FX4 emblem embroidered in them?

I tried to look the charge up and canít find it anywhere. I would guess $2000ish because of adding heat and air.

The place that did it was American Sunroof and Upholstery in Dallas. 214-634-0608.

Wow, that's an impressive job right there! Those look identical to the seats in my 2012 F150 FX4

Huh? I don't think anyone is saying that here.

Neither are deer leases, pets, 4 wheelers, boats, etc; If you want leather seats in your vehicle then go for it

That's when I put them in my 2007 model. My ex burnt a hole in my stock seats and it just drove me crazy. Mine are still fine. Just now starting to show some wear

Following y'all on this. I've appreciated every aftermarket leather seat I've had or seen. The auto companies just don't put in the good stuff at the higher rate they charge.

I have an ‘18 F150 I’ve been wanting to put Katskinz in. Just didn’t know who to take it to for install. I’ve watched a few YouTube videos and it’s not that hard to do, but I feel like it would be money well spent letting someone else do it.

I have an 18 F150 XLT that I put it in. The boring stock leather was $1500 but the upgraded stitching as shown in my pic above was $1700 and that was installed right after I bought the truck. Dealership prolly screwed me on price but I thought it was reasonable since they gave me a rental for the 2 days they had my truck. Plus the convenience was there too.
