    Dang! We had bacon wrapped axis, squash, and cabbage for dinner tonight but ponchatrain sauce would be awesome! And I sure love reading your prayers on here but you missed the boat with peaches sir! One of my favorites is my wife's homemade peach cobbler with a couple scoops of blue bell vanilla bean! Ooh wee!![emoji2]

          Here's the original thread. Blake's post is there with the recipe for the sauce. It's very easy to make and start to finish takes only about 15-20 minutes to cook the meat and prepare the sauce.
