what are the pros and cons to them if both are fletched full helical?...will use a 4 blade fixed for the example.

Blazers are shorter, stiffer and lighter. They both will steer a 4 blade BH just fine fletched with either an offset or helical.
Because the blazer is shorter, when fletched helical, it does not create as many possible issues as a 4" vane fletched helical, in regards to possible contact with a fixed rest. But if you are shooting a drop away type rest, contact should ot be an issue.
Blazers hold up to being shot through a WB better than some 4" vanes also.
