Props to their customer service department. Finally got around to calling them after mine was flooded during Harvey. After a short wait on hold I spoke to a human that actually spoke English. I told him my situation and he could not have been more helpful. Gave me a case number and his email address. Told me to send a picture, a copy of my insurance claim, an address where I want a new safe sent to and when I wanted it sent. He even told me what I should try to do with the old safe to try and salvage it.
