He meet my 1st requirement for a good cook. Rule number 1, never trust a skinny cook. Those are some fine looking burgers, though I’m not sold on that grilled ham on The Denver burger

He made a good point that many people pack their burgers too tight. They turn out much better if you lightly form them - just enough where they won’t fall apart. Makes a big difference
