My Sons First Bow Kill

I never expected to give the green light on a deer like this for my oldest boys first bow kill. But this deer was mature and it presented a good shot at 12 yards. To say I am a proud Dad is an understatement. My son had been hooked on archery for the last 2 years. We had a disappointment last year when he couldn’t recover a doe. But he has worked hard ever since and continues to practice his craft. I have experienced some great hunts in my life but this one ranks at the top.
