Anybody shoot the new Mathews Triax & what did you think of it ??

Yes... shot it and bought it.
Tried 4 different bows and it was the standout by a good margin. Unbelievably smooth and quiet. Pretty aggressive draw stroke, but that doesn't bother me.

I shot one at the bowshop yesterday. It was smooth,quite, and had very little hand shock but was still 12 fps slower with my arrow and a naked string than my PSE X-Force. Nice bow for sure but I can't justify spending the money on one when it doesn't do anything better than my 9 yr old bow.

Shot a few different ones. Got the Halon but it was a tie with the triax imo. Just didn’t like the super short ata for my use. Great shooter!

It’s a Halon 32 in 28” version. . Less hand shock is noticeable. I can shoot the 32 better but for what I do, it doesn’t really matter.

When asked what I’d do, I say Halon 32 every time.
