    Papa's Hog-n-gravy

    What to do with the left over BBQ pork. I smoke a wild hog shoulder a week ago. Slow smoked and very good. But at my house the wife and kids won't eat it, their missing out I know. So very simple recipe to make with the left overs.
    1. cut up left over hog in bite size chunks to fill up crock pot 3/4 ways
    2. 1 can of rotel
    3. 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    4. 1 package of onion soup
    5. turn on crock pot and slow cook for 5 hrs or 3 hrs on high

    I eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Usually last only one day.
