Yes it is! I hunted yesterday in the wind and wet. My pasture feels like a rice farm, water standing everywhere including under my feeder. Not much activity at my feeder, what did show up acted way nervous, Iím guessing the wind had lots to do with that. I plan on hunting Wednesday morning, gonna be cold then too.

Good luck today.

Yep, it was freezing out this morning! Im just north of town and the deer were out and about but that wind was brutal. I’ll be another mid day hunt and again this evening. Did you get that doe?

Oh yeah. Sat out last week in a ladder stand with no cover. 16 mph wind and in the 40's but still beats being at work or on the couch. Good luck!!

Just got back inside a little while ago and the temperature dropped really quick tonight. Wanted to get a doe for some meat tonight since I didn’t see any shooter bucks, but I chickened out on cleaning one in the cold. I’m getting soft.
