Thumbs up For All Us Tennis Elbow Victims.....

I told the V.A. no surgery......I'll try to make this short....
So, they sent me to the Eastland Hospital Rehab center.. Cause they didn't
have one anywhere, even close to me....(go figure).
I have had two sessions. One, was pretty much "massage". I personally
believe the young lady, was taking bets, on how far she could make me
jump, or Pee my pants .... Lord, it was painful......
My last visit, they hooked me up to this barely legal, torture device... I'm
convinced it was designed by Nickoli Tesla.....
When they put the power to it. My arm, took on a mind of it's own, and looked like a frog leg, in a frying pan... They did mention "some discomfort"... They did not, say anything about slapping myself unconscious.......
But, I gotta admit.. For the first time since Feb. I can pick up a glass
of tea, keeping both feet on the floor..
Iam amazed at the relief... Below, is a picture of said torture contraption.
I've got two more session with this thing.. I plan on wearing gloves,.. a
mouth guard,.. and some "depends", next time.....
And, I was truly astounded, to find my cell phone (in my pocket) was fully charged when I left...

Sailor,

That first part sounds like Airrosti. Basically it is deep, slow, and hard massage to get the lumps out of the underlying facia. It is very painful, but it works. It took four 30-minute sessions to get my bow arm straight. The guy told me it usually only takes three!

The important thing is to ice it after each session. I didn't take that advice until session four, but the next day all of the pain was gone.

Well worth the money!

Todd

Ughh. Mine is slowly going away, it was bad, but not as bad as yours. The weakness in that hand/arm is really annoying. Glad its working for you

I’m 2 weeks out on my elbow surgery. Piece of cake. Get it fixed and forget about it!

After three shots of cortisone and a year and a half, mine finally went away on its own. I wish I’d tried some of those techniques.

Yep...had a bad bout of tennis elbow last year and went to Airrosti. They admitted it's one of the hardest afflictions for them to treat but I was diligent in icing after every session (only needed 3) and used my lacrosse ball to continue working the ligaments over the area and after about a month or two post treatment I had zero pain and it's stayed gone for almost a year now. I've used Airrosti for all sorts of stuff...hurts like nothing else but it works.

Y'all should try KT Tap.................don't laugh just try it. It shows you how to tap your elbow up for tennis elbow.

Now that I've quit laughing I'm thinking "Where do I get some of that?" My bow elbow has been on and off for about 3-4 months and at one time got to the point I couldn't shoot more than 3-4 arrows per session.
