Who's using the Apex Game Changer Quiver? How close does it fit to the bow? Does it being set back help at all or no?

I use one and really like it. I can make it touch my cable guard if I want so it fill fit tight to the bow.

Is it also adjustable how far forward or back it is offset?

it's adjustable forward and back but doesn't go real far forward
