            Real easy,

Just made a batch yesterday at the office and have more in the fridge marinating

Get a London broil or similar cut of meat. 4 lbs (the leaner the better)
Ask the butcher to slice it real thin cross grain.
Trim off any fat and cut into strips about 1-2 inches wide

            1 tsp onion powder
            2 tsp black pepper
            ½ tsp ground red pepper
            ½ tsp garlic powder
            ½ tsp ground cumin

            2 oz soy sauce
            6 oz Worcestershire sauce
            4 oz bottle liquid smoke

I like mine spicy so I add 2 tsp ground red pepper and the following
            4 tsp crushed red pepper
            2 oz Tabasco Sauce
Mix everything up and store covered in the fridge for 24 hours (48 is better).

I use a dehydrator at the office but you can do it in a oven also
Set oven to 150 for about 6-8 hours
Lay the pieces out on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven top rack
Turn them over once after 3 hours.
Once done I lay them on a paper towel to cool and pat off any grease.
