Eraser is way better for something like that. We went from using hot doses of remedy and diesel to just a pint of eraser per fifty gallons for 8,600 feet of fenceline on our place and it kills it for about two years. But a gallon of eraser is $50 and just mix with water

I got a pull behind little sprayer from northern tools that would be handy on a big job.
We use it behind a four wheeler on my food plots.

RM43 kills on contact and has a preemergent that lasts for a long time.

Well stop by have a steak and a cold beer, take some measurements at the lease. I'll see if our deep pocket guys will cough it up
At my house I'll have to use one of these recommended sprays

Esplanade EZ. It’s an all in one herbicide and ground sterilant. One 2 1/2 gallon jug mixed in 30 gal of water. No need for anything else in the tank.
