I think the tree is a black gum and the bush is deer berries.

Blackgum tree and Beautyberry bush.
Tree leaves will turn bright red in the fall.
Deer love the berries on the BB bush. They will walk past corn to check for berries when they are ripe. My grandma always told me to not eat them.
