    Farm House Dining Table

The wife and I needed a dining room table so, we decided to build one.

This sucker is heavier than all get out and should last a lifetime.

Very nice, my sil and BIL in Maryland had one in there home that came from his parents farm house up in the mountains of western MD. Not sure what it was made of but it was very very heavy and very sturdy, made old fashion way with dowels used instead of nails on the supports.

Very nicely done! Looks like you may have space for another one in that room too

It cost about $120 in materials. What's nice about this table is there aren't any funny angles. All angles are either 90's or 45's. It took about 20 hours from start to finish.

Here's where I got the plans from. The 8 foot table wouldn't fit in our dining room so I cut it down to 6'.
