Crystal Creek/Bugscuffle

Anyone hunted at these two ranches? Any reviews? Targeting exotics. (Axis mainly)

Only been to bug scuffle. It is a great place with great people running it.

I have hunted Bugscuffle a couple of times. I saw a ton of big axis. They however are not stupid and it is a real hunt. Challenging to get one, but you will see them, and it is possible.

One of the better deals around if you get luck and arrow a nice one.

Oh, and the people are great and big sponsers and supporters in Texas bowhunting.

I know nothing about the other place.

I smoked a nice axis back in early August at Bugscuffle. My favorite ranch to hunt in Texas. Bryan is awesome.

Hunted crystal creek 3 years straight and had success all three years. They have good axis, and super nice sika bulls. It is a tough hunt, and if you can see the animals you can bet they have been watching you since you got on stand. Its not impossible to smoke a big one but very very very challenging.
