I stopped in the Walmart at I 35 and 3009 this morning to see if the had any broad heads still on clearance. As I was walking in the garden entrance I see one of those 250# Capsule Feeders sitting out in the rain
I just walked on to the sporting goods section but on the way out I took a closer look. Inside the motor box was a solar panel, a 12v battery and “The Timer” controller. I’m interested but there is no price tag on it anywhere. I wander around and find a manager to get me a price. These things are normally $700, but i recalled a post on here where someone got one for $150.
The manager comes back and says he can’t find any information on it and asked what I would pay. I’ve learned that a long awkward pause can be smart. After several seconds he says “how about $50?” SOLD
The solar panel, battery, and timer would cost close to $100.
Anyone have experience with these?
