How do I determine sight lens power (2X or 4X)?

I have a sight lens that is either 2 or 4X but it is not marked anywhere that I can see.

I was told it was MBG 4X but would like to verify

Tried looking at MBG website but could not find any information there

Might just have to do that

Looked at several different things (print, different objects, etc) and can't tell if it is 4x difference or not.

I do know at 60yds it is so blurry I can barely make out the target. At 10yds there is no problem
