My wife buys all kinds of beauty stuff. She bought some charcoal trype of stuff in a jar. She said it worked great so I used it a few times a week and it was a visible difference
Who knows maybe I scraped a layer off lol. Don't know if it was good for my teeth

I would strongly recommend doing it through your dentist first...custom molds...way better and quicker results.

2nd the dentist. 150-200 bucks but its for about 6-8 months of trays and the results are much better.
