I bought the mount for like $12 on amazon. Radio is Bluetooth. Got the waterproof speakers on amazon too and the total with all the extra wire from Home Depot was about $65. My little stereo had a “power pack” which is basically a small amp and I plugged that in next to the mount. Wiring it all together to figure out which wires have to be hooked up to what was a tad bit confusing but I got it after a few try’s.
