I have wanted a DSLR camera for a long time. Finally will be able to get one this weekend. Going to Best Buy and getting a Canon T3. They are running a special if you buy certain DSLR camera you can get a lens for half price. So I am also getting a 55-250 f/4-5.6 Telephoto lens. Can't wait to take my first pic with it.

Great! Have fun. I carry mine all time. I've also bought three more lenses for my Canon T1i. Right now I'm playing with the Tokina 11-16 wide angle lens and loving it. It's great for Landscapes.
