I was at the meadow this morning were the elk were last night but nothing came in. Saw alot sigh, track, a cow elk carcass and plenty of water. I found several springs in the bottom. The elk are not far.

2 guys are not staying in camp with us. They rented a room at the ranch of this private land. Its kinda far. They will have to drive every day about 40 mins to get here. 3 guys did go out this morning late. They did see elk but decided to back out since the elk were already in the place they wanted to be. This may be an evening hunt as well.
