    New Long bow

    Gots me a Sarrels Superstition
    60" long, 42lbs at 28"
    light as a feather...according to Bob, avg weight in this model is 1.3 lbs
    Osage riser
    Osage/black walnut limbs
    My first Texas made bow
    got the Trad itch fo sho!
    Already thinking about a Blueridge longbow...

                            Thanks all....I'm waiting on my arrow test kit...I shot some GT 400's bare shaft at full length (32") with 125gr tips and they almost shot straight but, I'm gonna take the advise of the man who made it and test that 600 spine bare shaft cut closer to my draw length (29") and my point weight test kit to see what flies straight. I don't know why but, shooting' a trad bow is more rewarding than clipping into, and lining up pins on my Elite Synergy. This bow is smooth and suprisingly quite for such a light bow. I would have thought it would've been a little noisier than say my Sage at 45#....anyways, it's a sweet stick!

                              That is a nice bow right there. My superstition is my go to bow and has been for about 5 years. I still love everything about mine. Bob sure makes a great bow that is for sure. Hope to see you at a shoot this 3D season.
