Over a month done!!

I’m over a month w/o and not using patches anymore. 2-3 days I was a little bitchy (wife might say more than a little ) but I feel great now!! She just started using Chantix and is attempting to quit as well!! Prayers for her as I got this.

Might have to buy me a new truck with all the money I’m gonna be saving...

I quit smoking cold turkey 12 years ago. Really can’t see myself ever going back. Smoked Marlboro lights. They are like 7 bucks a packs now. I do like to smell a cig sometimes but would never go back.

That’s good, hang in there bud! I quit dipping snuff 1 year and 8 months ago. It was rough at first, kept reaching for a can that wasn’t there. I still have two triggers that’s makes the cravings hit hard, but normally I don’t even think about it anymore.
