I grabbed one of the pre-made hatch meat loaf at market street this weekend and it was pretty tasty.

HEB was selling them stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. So much better than a jalop. I had a couple left over and some stuffed mushrooms and crab meat so it all got cut up and thrown in with some eggs for breakfast. I am definitely doing your recipe though.

Yes for the past 3 weeks and for the next couple of months. The best chile to the north of hatch is coming on line currently.

OP needs to peel the chile.
