1:10” twist is the most versatile but likely unnecessary as I dont think many folks are shooting really heavy or subsonic loads from an AR10. 1:12” will be sufficient.

My 10 (if armalite is using the same twist today that they did a few years ago) has a 1:11.25 twist.
I’m extremely happy with it.
I was shooting it this week to dial in an adjustable gas block and was getting 2550-2600 fps with factory 150’s through a 16” barrel + a 7.5” can.
Those 150’s were grouping really well at 100 with a crappy rest.
I gotta say I’m a big fan of the MBT trigger from Larue. Best hundred dollar trigger out there for my money.
