Default My Wild Kitchen - New Post - Enchiladas Verdes with Elk Roast

Between starting in the oil field, moving, and no reliable internet, I'm a little late sharing the latest post. I haven't even gotten to eat these yet, but the wife froze some for me to take to work. Enjoy! The next post will come out sometime next week once she gets reliable internet at home.

Any venison roast will do. Or try a wild pig roast. That's good too.

Headed to the grocery store! What's in the middle of the picture of the ingredients for the green sauce? Where it says to put into food processor.

The ingredients that go in the food processor are tomatillos, serranos, and garlic.

Are you asking what the white thing is? That's just part of the food processor blade.
