Buddy of mine has an opening in Clay / Jack county. 1100 acres 8 guys. Says land has not been hunted in 10 years. Deer, turkey, hogs, quail, duck. One opening available $2750. Central camp with cook house and porch. Pump and shower house. Water and electric.

I found a lease in Sanco, they are discounting the price this year but want a two year commitment.

575 acres
4 bows/guns prefer bow hunters
small cabin, elect and water
5 deer, 2 bucks, (one mature one cull) 3 doe, unlimited hogs and there are few turkey; no exotics, we can discuss cull later.

I have two people looking for two more.

$4k 2016-17; total lease price
$10k 2017-18; total lease price

Will have to sign a contract for a two year commitment. If you have questions you can "pm" me and we can go from there. I would just get it myself but can't pay for it all next year.
