Shot the first arrow today -- left in the upper "plus" quadrant. May need a ruling on exact distance: it's either 2-29/32", if measured to closest part of pinhole OR 2-59/64" to the middle of pinhole......

    Insert "tongue-in-cheek" emoji...

Shot two was close to the symmetrical point I hoped for in the "minus" quadrant, but a tad low: - 3-1/2".

So, I guess, if I use the +2-29/32 and the -3-16/32, the current differential is -13/32", which I MIGHT just stick with.

Now that's the way it's supposed to work.
          Forces me to shoot again.
          Wish me luck.

You can't tell by my score, but I do know, the objective is to score as close to zero as possible.

            3rd: +2 1/8
            2nd: +5 1/8
            1st: +3 15/16

Reb: Hey man, one shot, well off a negative quadrant can get you right back to even!
No rule said shots had to be on the paper.

Rick: This advice ^^^ assumes that quadrant lines essentially extend to infinity (or at least a ways off of the paper). Seems to be in the spirit of the call to enable someone to get back in the contest with a single shot.

                No problemo.
Still have to try to judge the distance you need, and hit there after you do.
                Go for it.

Doesn't help my score much, but it was closer to where I was aiming. Was aiming for center of upper right quarter.

                  4th: -1 3/4
                  3rd: +2 1/8
                  2nd: +5 1/8

Needed some positive, but got more negative.

Not to unhappy with my left/right, but shot about 2.5" low,
and put myself in the "NEG" again.

                        You're right.

Wonder how I got 2-3/4 in my head?
                        Sucks to get old.

I've heard it beats the alternative.
I'll withhold my judgment on that til a later date.[emoji849]

After correcting my measuring mistake from yesterday,
that left me needing a +4-5/32" for a zero.

Close, but no cigar. Got a +3-1/8" for a running total of Neg 1-1/32"

                            The FEROCIOUS TIGER still leads.

                            BUT, there's one more chance.

No matter where you currently stand (even if you haven't shot),
you still have a chance to win this. Getter Done.

I'm out didn't hit paper this morning, no pic or measurement. Good luck to all still shooting.

                                Looks like I'm out also.

It's hard enough just to stand up out there in the wind, much less try to shoot in it.
