First time applying for E-postcard archery deer deadline was 9-30-16 and still says application received do they draw these differently?

You don't want to know how many applied for it this year, chance at drawing went down, way way down. Sure the pic of the big one bones took out there that made the rounds didn't help odds, just hope a fair share of locals got picked again like last year.
