An armadillo trap.

Ding-ding-ding--winner. Someone posted on another thread a link to the site I copied this trap design from. But it is very similar to the ones I used as a kid to trap cottontails--but the only had one door.

Now I have to catch an armadillo to "innoculate" it with their scent to attract others.

How do you "set" the trigger rod? What holds it in the set position?

I would think that you would notch the rod for the trigger.
