If I acknowledge third party content does it allow other to view??

The copy right typically only affects cell phones and Mobil devices.

That will do nothing, there's a setting that will let you remove the music. thus allowing for playback on Mobil devices and such. It's in the audio section of video edit.

Yep, on home computer. Checked it on phone and yep not playing back on there. Gives copyright notice...etc.
