Will do. C&B gave me a hind quarter from his Wildebeest, and I pan fried some of it yesterday to do a taste test...Man, it was really good!!!

I think red deer hind is much better than axis. Shot one at Bugscuffle and the meat was outstanding. Huge back straps!
