Congrats on the parcel. I love that area between Robert Lee and Sterling City. We leased about 2K acres just west of RL for a few years back in the 80s. Ended up having closer to 3K acres occasionally..............when EV Spence Reservoir was low and the Colorado River Authorities weren’t around. [emoji23]
