Hold on this is going way to smoothly, so in the interest of all things about Cats on the GS I'm throwing out Hog maybe.
Maybe that will get this to a normal cat sighting event on the GS.

I wasn't there so I'll take your word for it video looks like cat, stills look like a tan and white pit to me.

Video shows good profile of the head but the sunset drowns out color. He was tan not black. His neck was as thick as his head.
