Buck Forage Oats and winter wheat. Some of our members will use Bob oats instead of Buck Forage Oats, because its cheaper. Fertilizer 13-13-13. Lime 2000 lbs. per acre as per our soil samples.

It takes 2-3 weeks for soil tests, so I'm going to just try hitting it with 200-300 lbs of fertilizer and plant wheat/oats/clover mix and see what happens. Supposed to rain this weekend so I hope to get it planted later this week.

Where do you find peanuts to plant? How do you plant them? Just break ground and toss them out?
