Ran much needed flight mission today!

Being we are stabilized on the people side of things. Got up in our small scout helicopter and took lat. lon. coordinates for stranded cattle. We found them on islands surrounded by flood waters.

Went back got the Huey and loaded with 20 square at bales at a time and dropped them to the stranded livestock. All the hay was donated and had at team helping us load it in a HS parking lot. We dropped over 300 bales today. Plan on more tomorrow. Had a good Tactical Flight Officer running the back dropping the hay for us.
