I love where we are in Cy-Fair. You pay about 75% of what you pay in katy to get the same house. Neighborhoods are pretty good, low crime for the most part. Can’t comment too much on schools. Since the 290 construction started business has boomed around here. With access to 290, the beltway and 99 you can get anywhere in houston pretty easily.

I do like what people here are saying about Needville.

Montgomery and Conroe are both pretty good places to live, that's where I grew up and still currently live.

My bother and sister both live in Pearland and love it.

We grew up in Humble and Spring.

We live at the BW8 and I10 on the west side and it's fantastic for families. Tons of kids and great schools.

Oh hell no already too may Houston people moving into and around town lol.

I'd go towards Fulshear. It's nice out there, but growing up towards Houston at a fast rate with the Westpark Toll Way there. Simonton is just a bit further out and is not crowded at all but close to Fulshear and shopping.

Friendswood is probably the best. One of my neighbors just put their house up with a pool, cheaper than anything around,1 block from the HS.

Was going to suggest the same. We lived on the far east side of Pearland for 5 years but did everything in Friendswood.

The Heights is a pretty cool area if you don’t mind paying $1000/sqft

We love it in Katy.

We love Pecan Grove in Richmond. Took a job in Portland, TX but decided to commute and keep the family Pecan Grove for the time being.
