I’m going to try this recipe-

From the 2016 Hunting Annual, OOD Food Editor Andrew Rochon prepares elk tartare with grainy Dijon, gherkins, and fresh parsley.

Why do you need a recipe for raw meat?

Step 1: put some raw meat on a plate

        The end.

I used a recipe with anchovies and it was fantastic.

Here is the one I used https://www.chowhound.com/recipes/cl...-tartare-10983

If you are eating healthy about half your diet is raw. Fruit - veggies - nuts - and grains are best raw.
Need blind fold you and invite you to dinner................
I just realized I forgot a smiley face in my first post. It's all good. I was just messin around.

My buddy eats it right off the deer that we are skinning.

Bought all the ingredients tonight. Just gotta kill something tomorrow. Going with the video recipe that I posted but will add a small pinch of fresh horseradish.

A recipe for venison tartare that is inspired by Scandinavian cooking: It has horseradish, juniper, caraway and an egg yolk, garnished with wood sorrel.

Maybe that's why most predators have parasites.
