    Its a Strother Moxie.
Do I put the bow up or use till after the season and get it fixed than?

Lay your pocketknife sharp edge on the deepest part of the splinter and pull the splinter up until it breaks.
Take a small file and smooth the edge over, and continue shooting until you get replacement limbs.
It should be covered by warranty, if Strother is still in business.
I've shot bows for years with this done.

I just had the same thing happen to my bear. Didn't wanna risk it considering I'd had the limbs dipped. They're sending me a new set free of charge.

Better safe than sorry, but Rocky's solution seems like it'd work for the short term.
